Due to the current COVID-19 situation in Greece, the host Hellenic Petroleum and the Executive Committee have been obliged to postpone the 53rd CEEC Scout Group Meeting in Athens.
However, as our first virtual event went far better than we could have hoped, we invite you to join the second virtual event on 9 October 2020 13.00 – 16.30 CET. We are working hard to improve your experience. This time there will be more sessions, for contractors too, and an expo area for our sponsors.

NEW EVENT SOFTWARE
We shall be using HOPIN, a professional virtual event software for the meeting. This will give a much better experience to our members, associate members and sponsors. In order to be able to participate, please create a Hopin account by clicking here. Please make sure you have your full name and professional email set up to the account. Once your account is created we will send you a link to enter the event.
Participation is subject to the submission of reports and an active membership status.
We would like to kindly remind you that the deadline for submitting your activity report is 30 September 2020. Please note that you are requested to provide this information even if your company had no activity during the period.
Let us know as well if you are unable to send us this document. If you missed the previous period, please submit a report covering both of them.
You can send your activity reports to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the size of your attachment is exceeding 10 MB, please send it through a file sending software (eg: wetransfer.com).
Please note that the participation fee for Associate and Guest Members is 100 GBP or an equivalent in Euro. We will issue an invoice after the registration.
Four sponsor companies will have an opportunity to have live presentations and even create their own booth in the Expo area that will be visible throughout the event starting from 13:00 when the Networking Session opens and all the participants can join.
The Expo area is the exhibitor hall of digital vendor booths at the event. Attendees can visit the Expo throughout the event and learn about the exhibited products and services. They can “walk around” to visit the booths that interest them, interact with the vendors, and take action. Each booth can contain pre-recorded or live videos, branded content, website links, special offers, salespeople on live camera, and customized “call-to-action” button.

There will be a dedicated networking area at the event. This is where you meet people and you can network with them via a FaceTime-like video call. You will be placed randomly together with another attendee in a virtual room, and you will have up to 3 minutes for private discussion. You can exchange contact details or any other information if you want.
