We are pleased to announce our 3rd Virtual CEEC Scout Group Meeting. It will take place on Thursday, 11 February 2021 from 14.00 to 18.00 CET in a virtual conference room.

EVENT SOFTWARE

We shall be using HOPIN, a professional virtual event software for the meeting. To participate you need to have a Hopin account. If you did not participate in the previous event please create a Hopin account by clicking HERE. Please make sure you have your full name and professional email set up for the account. Once your account is created we will send you a link to enter the event one day before it is due.

PARTICIPATION FEES

Please note that the participation fee for Associate Members and Guests is 100 GBP or an equivalent in Euro. We will issue an invoice after the registration.

SPONSORSHIP

Become a Sponsor and get a wide audience at the 3rd Virtual CEEC Scout Group Meeting on 11 February 2021.
Four sponsor companies will have an opportunity to have live presentations and create their own booth in the Expo area that will be visible throughout the event starting from 13:30 when the Networking Session opens and all the participants can join.

The Expo area is the exhibitor hall of digital vendor booths at the event. Attendees can visit the Expo throughout the event and learn about the exhibited products and services. They can “walk around” to visit the booths that interest them, interact with the vendors and take action. Each booth can contain pre-recorded or live videos, branded content, website links, special offers, sales people on live camera, and customized “call-to-action” button.

NETWORKING AREA

There will be a dedicated networking area at the event. This is where you meet people and you can network with them via a FaceTime-like video call. You will be placed randomly together with another attendee in a virtual room, and you will have up to 3 minutes for private discussion. You can exchange contact details or any other information if you want.
