Due to the Pandemic restrictions, participation is limited to a maximum of 150 people.

Please note that we will put you on a waiting list and, once we can confirm your participation, we will forward you the registration link and discount code for the hotel. People whose registration is not confirmed by the Executive Committee will not be allowed to attend any of the events.

The Hotel will secure 100 rooms for our participants until 29th April 2022.
Prices:
Superior room for single/double use – EURO 105 / night (VAT excluded) (VAT is 18%)
In case of double use only additional breakfast fee of EURO 17 will apply.
The cancellation policy for the rooms:
- The cancellation will be Free of charge in case of cancellation the booking in 5 working days before arrival;
- First night will be charged in case of cancellation in 3 working days before arrival;
- Full stay will be charged in case of cancellation in 1 working day prior arrival;
- Full stay will be charged in case of no-show.
Once your participation is confirmed by the Executive Committee we will send you the booking information and discount code.
